A communal, recreational and sporting equipment shed is shared by the four quirky cottages, filled chock-o-block with goodies for everyone to use free of charge!!  rackets and  balls, totum tennis, lawn bowls, patanque balls, ten pin bowling balls  , beach umbrellas,  eskies, fishing reels, push scooters, beach chairs and much more 
Quirky Cottages also have their own pet chooks. What is fabulous about Coochie... it's so relaxed, ESPECIALLY FOR THE KIDS:
 Quirky Cottages has its own private children's playground with a “love bug” cubby house, all of which is heavily shaded under the mango and lichee trees next to the Cow House.
