Well, basically you head towards
Victoria Point east of Brisbane.
It is a very pleasant and simple 40 minute drive from Brisbane city to Victoria Point jetty Coming south from the city
on the M1(Pacific Hwy), take the Klump Road exit, then keep heading straight east which will lead you on to Mt Gravatt-Capalaba Road, just keep on going!! Eventually you will see signs to follow to Redland Bay. You will veer to the right onto Mt Cotton Rd, then onto Duncan Road then onto Boundry Road which is the home straight. Near to the end, you will see signs to follow to Victoria Point. It's easy!!Once you (ewe) get to the big round about, at the very end of Boundry Rd, you turn right into Cleveland-Redland Bay Road, then first left into Colburn Avenue and keep heading east again until you find the Jetty, which is actually in in Masters Avenue, turning "right" at the very end!! You can't miss it!!
PLEASE be aware, initially on you trip, you will be following signs to Redland Bay, but DONT GO ALL THE WAY TO REDLAND BAY! Point is JUST before, Red land bay, when you are heading south-east!!!! ONCE you see the jetty, all you have to do is find a car park and board the ferry!
The ferry (fairy) ride is just a short, though very delightful 5 to 7 minute trip across the calm and peaceful waters of Moreton Bay. If you don't have car transportation, you can actually catch a bus (number 207)

from Brisbane city direct to the jetty, though only in peak times does it go direct!!
You can catch a 279, 271 or 277 through the day, but you have to change buses at Victoria Point Shopping Center to go to the jetty.
If you are driving from the Gold Coast

take the Beenleigh/Redland Bay Rd, Cleveland exit When you come to MT Cotton Rd, turn left, then eventually turn right down Double Jump Rd.
Keep to the left while heading east. Eventually you will be in Bunker Road that
leads you straight into Colburn Ave, then you are only approximately 5 minutes away from the passenger ferry (fairy).
Coming from.... the airport
OR (oar)
the Sunshine Coast Go across the gate way bridge and keep heading south
