reasonable fee, all linen can be supplied for your comfort and convenience, with your beds freshly made up
for you on arrival

"The Cow House” with its playful interior.
The house is open plan, sharing a spacious living/dining area
with a great, brand new kitchen.
It has one bathroom, with combined bath and shower
and a separate toilet room.
You have your own laundry with front load washing machine,
laundry tub, electric clothes dryer and clothes line.
Sleeping  arrangements!
Each room has  one king bed,
plus one single  bed
or, all singles, 3 in each room, if needed..
There is also a pull out double sofa bed and two single days beds in the living room for extra paying guests.
Great for a Girls weekend away or
big family holiday!
The Cow House has a grazing pasture and communal playground beside it, ideal for the
 "kids" to play,
while you relax.
You will find...
 two
BBQs 
at the Cow House. One  gas, the other an old
fashioned wood fired brick .
There
are outdoor eating and entertaining areas
with plenty of
tables and chairs.
The
Comes with it's own
DVD library,  books boardgames 
puzzles  dress up box for kids and more....
Walking  distance

ferry  barge,
parks, beaches restaurant
and  golf course.
